well - did anyone get caught out last night? seems to have been a nice long morning - i really should get up an hour earlier every morning! This week I'm doing a demo of wax painting to a local ladies group - should be fun. I hope from doing demos to encourage other people to take up and get the enjoyment from art that I do. Its fun and realxing, and to create something simply from paint and paper that people want to continually look at is a great ego boost and a fabulous feeling. I've been working on portaits in oil pasltels this week, and also used them to do the final touches of an oil painting that just didn't quite have the spark I wanted.
