Terms and Conditions
Please note that due to limitations of scanners and cameras the colours
of paintings may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen.
Copyright with all works remains with the artist. Canvasses are all
gallery-wrapped and ready to hang, and unless already framed
watercolours and pastels will need to be framed behind glass and
pastels will also require mounting to protect them.
Orders
Online
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check
the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the
order. After you have placed your order you will be sent an email from
PayPal, and then confirmation of order from us giving details of
despatch of your artwork.
Offline
If you would like to make an order and pay offline, send a letter to J
Zelos, Breck Lodge, Holt Road, Aylmerton, Norfolk. NR11 8QD. with the
details of your order, which should include details of the items
ordered, price, your name, address, e-mail and telephone number
together with a cheque. We will send confirmation of your order by
email or letter, giving details of despatch of artwork.
Payment Options
Credit or Debit Card (online)
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. Please note we do not
have access to your debit/credit card details. Our payment processing
is carried out by PayPal and complies with the highest privacy
regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer). You can tell the page is secure by the padlock
icon being displayed on your browser. If you are making an on-line
payment through PayPal you must also abide by the Terms &

Accepts the following credit/debit cards:
Paypal accepts American Express, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Delta and Electron.
Cheques (Offline)
Cheques should be made payable to Jeannie Zelos and be in Pounds
Sterling from a UK bank. Orders will be dispatched after your cheque
has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been
accepted. Please print your name and address on the back of the cheque.

Cancellations & Returns Policy
We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in
the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, by law you may
cancel from the day of the order and up to seven working days after the
day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not
apply to any goods that have been made to your specification or
personalized, although we will normally allow you to cancel any
commissioned artwork, reserving the right to resell elsewhere. If you
wish to cancel you should notify us via email, however we must have
confirmation in writing of your cancellation. You will receive a full
refund within thirty days of cancellation in the same format that you
paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or
debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched,
you must handle them with care and they should be returned to us in
their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery
or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in
their original packaging, or packaging of same standard, and please
include a note with details of your name, address and order number.
Goods should be returned to: Breck Lodge, Holt Road, Aylmerton,
Norfolk. NR11 8QD. If the goods are not returned in a timly manner we
will collect them and charge any recovery costs to you.
Faulty Goods
Please check goods as soon as possible and notify us promptly of any
damage within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange payment for return
goods, and arrange repair, refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver within 14 days, but please allow up to 30
days. Usually delivery takes around 5 days. If the artwork is required
for a specific day please contact and we will do our best to
accommodate. Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless
requested otherwise for originals, 1st Class recorded for prints.
Delivery by standard terms is free to mainland UK, couriers and other
services will be charged at cost. Delivery to other areas can be
arranged, please contact for details. Please contact if you wish to
collect in person. Please give directions if your house is difficult to
find and we will note directions on packaging.
Prints
Prints are produced on high quality matt paper to produce an overall
print size of A4 or A3. The image will be somewhat smaller, as a white
border is left to make mounting easier, actual size depends on the
original artwork size. All prints need to be framed behind glass to
protect them. Postage is included within the cost.
In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for
such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and
Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English Courts.
These terms and condictions may be amended at any time, this does not affect your statutory rights.
PayPal is used to securely take payments. It is NOT a requirement that you register for a PayPal account to make a payment. Find out more about PayPal.
